Benjamin Richter has been performing as a contemporary juggler and dancer for over 30 years.
He has performed as a soloist and in companies such as Gandini Juggling and Cirkus Cirkör at the Edinburgh Festival, London International Mime Festival, Berliner Tanztage, Bauhaus Dessau and numerous other stages from Costa Rica to Tokyo.
In his work as a performer and choreographer and in his position as a lecturer at Stockholm University of the Arts, he has developed a research and creation method called "The Language of Objects" (TLO). This is the basis and starting point for all of his creations.
He consciously allows himself to be moved by the properties of the objects - both physically and mentally - to create his performance pieces.
Ben teaches workshops and accompanies other artists in their creative processes from early resarch stages to the final production phase.
He has been involved in the creation of more than 100 performance pieces and he loves to laugh.
